New Publisher: Trimaxx

Well, they seem to be at least a couple of years old. And although erotica, romance and ebooks are all part of the package I honestly don't know if they are an erotic romance epublisher per se. They aren't open to submissions anyway so it may be moot. But if you have a free moment please pop over and check out Trimaxx, and let me know if you think they should be on the PLIST.

The FAQ is coming soon and they've been in business a couple of years? Not a good sign.

Err, where are the books (digital or print)? Their homepage has no link for a catalog or a list of available titles. They seem to offer many promotional services for sale, but finding actual books? And they list only three authors.

There are also a disturbing number of typos and errors on all their pages.

I would have assumed they were just getting started, not that they have been around for a while.

I hadn't heard of them before.

I found ebooks on sale under the bookstore link and also for free in the giveaway section.

Hi Kayleigh, that's a new one for me--I will take a look.

I found their sales page, but if you look closely it only has two books on it. There are seven entries on the page, but they're various combinations and formats; they even made up a couple of satin bags (??) you could get with the books, red for one and black for the other. WTF?

And only one of their authors wrote both the books, so what are the other two doing? Freebies are all fine, but if they're a publisher then theoretically they're in the business of selling books, right?

It looks like a self-publishing/promotion venture to me, and not a very successful one at that. Nothing wrong with what they're doing -- they're certainly not trying to scam anyone -- but I don't see any reason to list them, either.

Thanks for your input. I think you are correct and we can leave this of--for the reasons stated and also because they do not accept submissions and so don't really belong on a market list.
