I can't tell from the link, but did she respond to those bad reviews? :/ Why do authors do this??! Locked journals people, they're your friend.

You'd think she'd know better. What a melt-down.

She also uses the pen name CS Chatterly.

She ought to be ashamed of herself, my god. I'm mortified we share a publisher.

This answers the question I've often wondered...why did she get dropped by two or three other publishers? The answer now seems obvious.

Dorchester just gave her a very obvious, yet subtle brush off on the Romantic Reads blog:

As we’ve had a number of emails recently regarding the issue…

We at Dorchester respect authors’ right to post comments and responses to criticism. That said, it should be made clear that in no way do they reflect the thoughts or opinions of our company.

For those who have asked about Candance Sams in particular, we were glad to publish her book and wish her well in her future career.

Translation: Your future career NOT with us. Or anyone else who saw that meltdown. We literally just witnessed an author single handedly end her own career in 30 or so pages on Amazon. Wow.

Indeed, Anon.
Just wow.
