Did you know that someone had actually written the books mentioned in the TV series "Castle"?  You know the one where the author trails around after a policewoman ostensibly to research his "Nikki Heat" novels?  Yes, they actual got someone to write the name-checked books: Heat Wave and Naked Heat. So who do you think actually wrote them? Stephen Cannell? Tom Straw? James Patterson? Michael Connelly?
