Not a Market

You know, I have to draw the line somewhere.  Urban Fantasy Publishing is not a market, it's barely a blog. On top of that they are seeking to publish fanfiction.  Genius. Not that they seem to be seeking submissions anyway.  I am guessing this is a one person publisher.
