The laws in relation to depicting underage sex have been becoming increasingly restrictive, and beginning to encompass prose involving no actual people. One recent case in Canada relates to a book called Lucky Lips by William Robin Williamson writing as Rob Elan and published by Acolyte Press. Published in 1991 it is the
basis for a prosecution for creating child pornography. One advocate sum it ups simply as:
"You can't write about children under the age of 18 engaging in sexual activity."
