More Prudery Problems

Digital Manga (DMP) has been suspended from Kindle. It does not seem to be immediately clear which titles, and which content in these titles, has triggered the response.  The kindle content guidelines state, unhelpfully, "...what we deem offensive is probably about what you would expect"
